I think we need to understand this as part of our greater growth. Put simply, many of us suffer from a wall or barrier when we are thinking- can we move forward. How are we going to get above it?

This is clearly the area of our thinking that affects the way things will turn out for us. Yes, there are the external factors as well- I realise that, but equally, a great deal relies on the way we think, because this in turn,  affects the way we react to external events.

Stop waiting for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Every minute counts – now. It's time to start acting as the Creator of YOUR life . . . I often tell the story of a farmer who found a small pumpkin on his farm and poked it into a glass jar. The pumpkin grew to the size of the jar and grew no further as its growth opportunity was obviously restricted. In many ways, we're much like that pumpkin – only it's we who do the poking. We limit our own growth by making choices that put us in that confined space. Or, we rely on choices that were made for us that we don't even question or look upon as choices. They've been a part of our cellular structure for so long that we don't even realize they operate our daily lives. Many people place themselves in situations that they thought were sure, SAFE bets – good decisions, risk-free decisions, the way it's always done, the way it was expected of them – just as the pumpkin tumbled into that protective glass womb. But, as these people began to grow and mature, they found themselves pressed tight against the glass. Their safe womb had, instead, become a TOMB … and tombs are for the dead …

Live life for the day, and prepare for the next day and on wards. However, ensure you live life for today. It is important to live today as well.
