The recent events of Japan's earthquake are devastating and an opportune time for us to reflect and really think about our aims, as well as our immediate safety. In the first instance, I am referring to our immediate safety, and the requirement to look after ourselves in relation to radiation exposure.

Firstly, ensure that you can protect yourself from excessive radiation of the thyroid gland by ensuring that you are adequately covered with Pottasium Iodide. It is available from most chemists and pharmacies or drug stores. It is designed to help you protect yourself from problems with the effects of radiation that is blown by rain and wind over land and sea, to other parts of the world.

To learn more about this, see the Survive Anything Guide Book.

  1. I think that they should evacuate Tokyo altogether because there is too much radiation going around to begin with. Why try and rebuild a city when you know you are standing on ground zero trying to rebuild it?
