How to Be A Strong Leader
Leadership
Leadership is critical in life, as without it, we become followers, deliberately, or otherwise.
There is nothing wrong with being a fololower, but as an empowered person, I always prefer to be in the leading party, making the decisions, and helping others out.
It is a more powerful, and pleasant position to come from, in my experience.
I will list some qualities that you can work on, to enhance your leadership.
Remember, leadership is something that is learned, and not something you need to be born with.
Some of the best leaders are the self made ones, as they have a great understanding of the ‘lower levels’ of the ladder, and can sometimes be more empathic, and creative, in helping others up!
Leadership Steps and Goals.
- Be decisive in Your Actions.
Many people automatically respect others who are decisive. There is nothing more off putting than someone who is teetering between several choices. Consider your options, and make a decision. Also, ensure you remain focused on the solution, and do not stray too far beyond the parameters. Focus, and decisive action are key here.
-
Do not overewhelm yourself with too many tasks.
I have certainly been guilty of this one, and find it easier to take on one task at a tiome, and do it properly. Much better to work that way.
- Build an Atmosphere of Personal Growth around you
This is an incredibly important part of the whole story, as this is what will alolow you to genuinely motivate those around you.
Some peoeple are afraid of leading others to their own victories, as they are worried the ‘new’ people will want to take over their jobs. This is a very scary place to come from. Empowering your people leaves you with more time to develop other areas of the bsuiness, and gives thewm more leadesrhip and responsibility. This is very important.

Never Ever Give In.
-
This was recited by Winston Churchill as follows:
“Boys I have only three things to say – never give in, never give in, never ever,
ever give in”.
I also like to marry a positive attitude with the dictum of leadership, as the two go hand in hand. It is all about a Can- Do attitude. Dure, there may be challenges, sometimes on an ongoing basis, but it pays to be persistant, determined, and do so with a positive attitude. I have included a link below to further refine the positive attitude into your mind. With this in place, you become almost unstopable!
Be your Very Best!
