I wanted to mention the importance of ensuring we are inspired on a daily basis, and that we are managing to make the most of every day, in every way.

I understand the potential cliche here, but it really is impo0rtant to xonsider rthe importance of being our genuine best, not only for ourselves, but for others as well.

You see, we all have only one life, and once the day is over, it is over- never to be repeated.

Thi sis a vital point to consider, and if you were to imagine yourself, just for this exercise, that you only had a few weeks left to live, “What would you really want to do with your life?”

It is a sobering question, and worth thinking about, as we often are guilty of squandering our lives away (or at least some of our days), and by highlighting rhis point, we can actively do something about it.

I realsie the rosk of this coming over as negative, but beleive me, we really do owe it to ourselves to eb the best we can be, for everyone around us, as well as ourse;ves.

Try this on…

Walk around with a deliberate smile on your face for fifteen minutes, and see if you don’t feel better?

Sound stupid?

Perhaps.

Does it work?

You bet.

Absolutely.

Also, to add to this, walk around with your head up (or chin up), and try to be sad now.

It is really difficult.

It is worth practicing this until it becomes a habit, because it really does work, and make a massive difference.
