How Do I Beat Defeat?

So, you feel defeated.  Let’s fix that right now.

Naturally, if you feel or worse, think you are defeated, then you are.

Then again, if you think you are able to win, then you will do that too!

So, when it gets a little tough, remember this,=.

Tough people survive, and tough situations pass.

Now, get a pen and paper, and make a list of everything good about you, your life, and your situation.

There are things you can be profoundly grateful for.

Think about all the peaceful thoughts that come your way, and you will se for yourself, that you start to have a massive list of good things to be gratefuil, and thankfiul for, and know that you will get through.

Also, sometimes, day sreaming, or sleeping on it can help too.

Dont’t laugh.

It really does work.

I have proven this for myserlf aswell.

Imagine you have a problem. Just before going to sleep at night, think of all the facts, in as logical an order as you an. Close your eyes, and imagine all the variables, as well as all you knowe.

Now, turn the whole lot over to your subconsciousl,a nd see what happens.

It is amazing how many times, you will find the answer comes to you, as you progress through ypur day.

Even though you are asleep, your subconscious is actually very busy, working out a suitable solution.

This si hard for some people to grasp at once, sometimes, but it is really true.

In many cases, I have found solutions to difficult problems this way.
