Positive Habits and Their Formation in Our Lives
I wanted to start this entry with a video of me explaining the importance of being consistant, and applying this to our regular daily habits.
(A habit being a consistencey issue).
Quite simply, the more we practice doing certain things on a regular basis, the more likely they will become automatic, and we’kk see the difference manifesting, in a positive way.
The same applies to any habits, good, or bad, so we need to check ourselves too, but also be fair with ourselves.
I don’t mean this to sound any airy fairy, but rather, a specific goal to head for.
I discuss these points as well on my Positive Relaxation site as well, on the momndset page, as this is criticall to all we do as well.
I have found that when we formulate an idea in our minds, and hold onto it, beleive it, and trully ‘be’ it, we manifest that idea, ir better into our life.

At the end of the day,as I always say, it is up to you, as no one else can be you, and set you up.
