I know that some people have the belief that luck plays a big part in some people's lives. It my deepest view that the only lucky people are those that make their own luck. As an example, winning the lottery is not a high return of chances- however, working to develop a business that is able to grow and create income, employment and more is about hard work, effort and dedication. This is just one example.

I really do know, in fact, that 'lucky' people make their own luck.

In addition, by making a point of targeting, or aiming your product, service or talent in front of the right people, who want what you have, will infinitely increase your response rate of success. As an example, I point or aim this website at people who want to increase their chances of success, people who want to improve their success in life, through enhanced abilities to deal with the challenges that life present to them.  This is just another example of positioning yourself.

To explain this further, if I aimed this site at kids who are looking for the latest toy to play with, I might find I didn't have a high take up rate. However, by aiming at people who desire to improve their success, their learning in personal development and so forth, I will have a much better rate of success.

I will be writing over the next month or so on the very aspect of getting out and about and being successful. It often requires a determined ability to sit down and get work done, or getting out there and meeting clients. I have found that my client base for building websites grew when I went out and met people, as well as doing the actual web design work.  I think you understand what you need to do.

Oh, and please, check back each day as there will be great updates to read through as well. I will also be uploading videos in the near future as well.

How to Set Your Intentions
By Nivin Thanabalan

One of the greatest feelings in life is being able to manifest a desired outcome. Whether it is a successful career, a loving relationship or financial abundance, the feeling of manifesting your desired reality is amazing.

The truth is that these manifestations were created from a single intention. A single request to the universe for the guidance on how to access the field of pure potentiality to create a reality that is truly worthy of you.

Unfortunately, there isn't enough literature on how to set your intentions (arguably the most important step of the manifestation process). So hopefully after reading this you will begin to feel more hopeful that your amazing reality is but a few moments away.

Get Clear

The one things you can be certain of is that whatever your intention is, it will come true. So, in order to manifest an amazing reality, you need to GET Clear. Write down exactly what your intentions are. Be as SPECIFIC as possible and more importantly, DREAM BIG!!! There is nothing holding you back other than yourself. So break free from the shackles and shoot for the sky. People don't fail because they aimed BIG and missed, people fail because they aimed small and HIT!

Trust It

When you set an intention, FORGET ABOUT THE HOW! Most people only decide to take on challenges only when they know how to get there. But the true champions, take on a challenge because they believe it is a worthy challenge and rarely do they know HOW to achieve it. They just believe they will figure it out. They believe the answers and the resources will appear on their path. And they do. So, let loose and conjure up some amazing dreams that are truly worthy of you.

Review It

Like anything in life, if you are going to do something only once, you will never become a master. Mastery comes from continuous exposure to a skill, and to be a master of creating an amazing reality, you need to practice. Spend sometime EVERYDAY looking and feeling your intentions. Imagine what it feels like when you get there. Doing this builds a deeper association between you and your amazing reality. And the more you start believing this reality is coming, the faster you'll get there.

Do You Want To Win The Lottery in Life?- Life Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This

Understanding the Lottery Win Concept…

In Life, we often dream of winning the lottery. However. the above story will clarify that winning that lottery is as much about as winning the ability to manage our mental thoughts. After all, we need to be mentally mature to manage the lottery win. Otherwise, we will suffer greatly…

I received the below email, and was so moved by it, that I have chosen to reproduce it here. The link associating the source is included in the article.

How would you feel if you won the lottery? Most people would feel elated – one of the best days of their life! Why? In truth, nothing has changed. You don't have the money in hand. Nothing has actually changed, all the changes are going to happen tomorrow. Today, right now, your life hasn't altered one iota.

However, right now you're thrilled. Why? The answer is, how you think about tomorrow changes how you feel today. You will be able to pay off your mortgage, retire debts, help the kids buy homes, set up funds for the grandchildren's educations and help all of the organizations that you've always wanted to help in a big way. That means if you knew something really good was going to happen tomorrow, then today would be great.

The one thing that the Almighty doesn't do well is second best. Everyday He gives us what is best for us. Your life is as good as it can possibly get; God can't make it any better. If God could make your life better, He would. The challenges we face in life are what we require; to give us the opportunity to develop our character,to develop spiritually and to come closer to the Almighty.

So, why don't we win the lottery? Because it's not good for us.

Have you ever heard of the "Curse of the Lottery"? It is almost proverbial that if one wins the lottery, he will end up divorced, pursued, sued, sometimes addicted … and eventually broke and broken. Winning has led to the murder of the winner by close relatives who want to inherit the money, the death of children and death of grandchildren. Probably more than one "winner" has said in retrospect, "Had I known what would have happened from winning, I would have torn up the ticket!"

Yet, we all believe it won't happen to us. We will be different. Obviously, God disagrees.

Which life would you rather live: a) "curse of the lottery" or b) life without winning the lottery? (I know what you are thinking, "I want to win the lottery without the curse!")

Let me repeat, God doesn't do second best. Giving you the lottery would be second best, if not worse.

That means you are living the best life you could possibly live; if it could be any better, it would. The only reason you are not jumping with joy on a constant basis, is that you want to believe that having the things you don't have would make your life better.

Join the club! There are approximately 6 billion people on this planet and they all think that there are things in life that would complete their lives. And they are all wrong.

You have everything you need to be as happy as you can possibly be; however, it's easier to blame your misery on assumed lacks than it is to enjoy life.

Nobody is walking around saying: "Life Doesn't Get Any Better Than This" or "It couldn't be better." Not Bill Gates, nor Warren Buffet, nor the President, nor anyone. Everyone thinks they are missing something. Money, friends, love, intelligence, luck, health, the list goes on and on.

We all want to believe we are missing something so that we don't have to face the reality that we are really responsible for our own misery. It's very interesting, but this is so much easier to see in other people, and of course they can see it in you.

When you start to think about why you don't have what you want, you can start to realize that what you do have, and similarly, what you don't have, is really good for you.

The trick of life is to want to be the kind of person where winning the lottery, or whatever you want in life would not ruin your life, and hopefully tomorrow that will happen. But at the same time to realize the life you have now, and the one you are going to get tomorrow is the best it could be. "Life Doesn't Get Any Better Than This." Say it often and enjoy! (with special thanks to Rabbi Steve Baars, GetBliss.com)

I really hope that you benefit from this article, and remember that you need to grow your mental ability to understand wealth first, before dreaming of the lottery. The irony is that you will not need to win the lottery, as you will have the mental capacity to earn it instead.

A Story about Never Giving Up

A Farmer in the Western Inland region of Australia…

I wanted to write about an experience I had today, in the sense that I feel there is a greater benefit to be learned from my interaction with a particular person.

Essentially, I was working on behalf of a major charitable organisation in Western Australia, and called this person on the list of lapsed donors. A lapsed donor is a person who has donated on a regular basis in the past, and then, for some reason, ceased t donate on a regular basis.

In many cases, the response is either of

  • Yes, I will donate, or
  • No, I will no donate, I ma not interested,
  • Or in some cases, a clear explanation is given for the reasons why they may not donate.

Now I am sure you want to know what this has to do with any form of self improvement. It is a good question, and I will answer as follows:

This person was telling me that they were at the bottom of their over draft at the bank, and were still remaining on the land, rather than entering the city, because of their belief in their choice for their family, and the fact that they were not allowed to sell their milk at a price above an amount nominated by the government was simply a case of them becoming more resilient.

To explain this plight a little further, they are told they can only sell a litre of milk for a certain maximum price, and the fact that the price for the same litre of milk, in the store is about 9 times the farmer's price is a separate issue.

My point here is that this person had a belief in a certain way of life, and was prepared to face every obstacle, to reach their decisional outcome to remain on the land,. Their concern was with the issues of drugs in the cities, and the ability to rather bring their children up in a cleaner environment on a farm, despite their challenges.

I think this is a certain case of principle, and conviction.

Naturally, I have ben thinking of ways to help this family, but at the same time, wanted to share their story in terms of determination.

I think this is part of the concept of the Secret, and the ability to Succeed on a regular basis.

I will certainly be thinking of ways to help this family, in terms of introducing greater forms of diversification, to allow them to still remain on the farm, and also bring the issues of pricing policy to the attention of the public.

Stay tunes, as I will be interviewing this lady in the coming days, and sharing her struggle with the rest of you, to show the point of determination to push through, no matter the odds.

Perseverance Covered, and the Deeper Meaning of Success Explained

For the majority of people, true success at something is the result of application, and time investment, mixed in with a healthy dose of perseverance, and persistence.

Now, I am not naive enough to think that any of this is real news to you, as anything worth doing well, takes effort and more often than not, time, and emotion as well.

However, I want to expand on this very important issue of perseverance, from the point of view of a self employed person. This information may still be applied in other areas of your life, but I feel the specific challenges that self employed people deal with provide an excellent platform for learning about 'hanging in there', and not giving up. I would like to point out, that not giving up is not the same as making an educated change, with respect to a better, and more workable technique as an example.

I say this, as if you have been doing something specific for an extended period of time, and it hasn't worked, it won't change, and suddenly work. However, that does not mean that as soon as the going gets tough, you should quit either. For any serious and determined person, the word 'quit' falls under the dirty language category. However, changing your specific direction is not always the same as quitting. An example might be if you are developing a website, and creating traffic. If you have used a specific method to generate traffic for 3 months, and no traffic has emerged, it could be argued that you need to modify your traffic getting strategy. That does not mean you quit. It simply means you were not going to do the same thing, over and over again, expecting a different result.

I think you can see my point here.

The next point is that even though others around you may not believe in you, or your dream, you need never give anyone permission to take away your desires or dreams.

Your dreams and desires are your business, and belong to no one else. Hence, you need to light the fire of faith, and determination under your belt, and go for it. You may well need to periodically look at ways you can improve, along the journey, but as long as you have a determined and applied action plan, where you are regularly doing the things you need to do, rather than losing focus.

We all can suffer from temporary loss of focus, but make sure you guard your desire, and focus, like the golden goose that it represents, as your determination and desire are the mettle that will see you through when the going gets tough.

In my reading, and for that matter, personal experience, there are few times when I have not experienced times of doubt, or questioned the validity of my dreams. It was through continuous action, and the sheer determination that I wanted my goals so much, that I continued. I know you can do this as well, as long as your desire is strong enough.

This is why I recommend you have a goal sheet, as well as what I call a dream chart. This is your personal, pictorial representation of your desires, and need only be for you. I found that looking at that chart, of my dreams on it, every morning, for only a minute or so, was a starting point for me to appreciate the value of desire, and action.

Over the last twenty years, nearly everything on those charts has come true for me, and I know that it can for you as well, as long as you persist, with desire, and determination, along a planned route.

It is all about focus, and skills that can be learned. To Learn more about success & inspiration, and controlling your day, to achieve a higher output, with less stress, click the above link, and watch your results soar, and your stress plummet.
