Right now stop reading and look at the beauty surrounding you. It’s breath taking. Look out the window and be amazed at the clouds, trees, birds and buildings.
Look around the room you are sitting in and notice the people, the smiles, the glorious bodies and feel amazed at how each one works in harmony with all it’s parts.
By paying attention to the amazing things that are always around you and feeling awed, you insure more to feel that way about.
You’ve heard about the law of attraction, read the books and watched the movies. Still, there is something that just isn’t clicking for you. Things are not lining up the way you want to to as fast as you would like.
You’re paying attention to the wrong things. What you are experiencing is there because you are giving energy to it. Like a fire that you want to go out while continuing to throw on another log and complaining, you still don’t understand that in order to attract something different than what you have there must be a letting go of what you don’t want.
Release is a powerful tool for working consciously with the law of attraction and creation principles. You know that you think it, feel it and get it. All the gurus tell you that, yet, you haven’t accepted this as truth in your own life situations.
Whatever is going on with you is there because you poured energy, attention, passion into a thought that brought about a thing.. a circumstance.
Change your thinking and change what you experience. You’ve heard that one before too, but still you are not applying it to your everyday life. You can not continue to talk about what you don’t want, fear and dread things happening and experience anything any different than those thoughts and feelings are in line with.
Take being happy for an example. You want to be happy. That’s normal, everyone wants to be happy, but few realize that being happy is a choice. It’s a state of Being that you decide to experience.
Practice Being for just a moment. Think about something that feels good to good. It can be a hug, a kindness you’ve experienced lately, perhaps even getting that promotion.
Close your eyes for a few moments and feel that experience.
Now, you have chosen to BE Happy. It’s easy. It also takes practice. Being anything is determined by your choices of thoughts and feelings. Be consistent and happy will continue. Change your gears and go back to the old way of thinking, talking and feeling and you change states of Being.
Only through paying attention to life around you, feeling appreciation for the wonder, awe and beauty, do you continue your state of happy.
Be Aware. Be Amazed.
You do have the power to BE.
