Overcoming Panic Attacks
Like anything, it does take commitment and practice, but it is doable, and the one method to apply is to understand that by turning the tables, and literally, asking for the panic attack to come, you will massively overcome the problem, in a few short steps.
How is this so? Well, quite simply, by ‘asking for it to come on’, you will actually be taking away the element of surprise, and uncertainty, and thus, will immediately place yourself in a position of power. I realise again, this may seem to not make sense initially, but this is actually a psychological trick.
By expecting it, you will soon find that the element of surprise goes away, you take control, and you actually won’t have the attack any way.
This is merely a psychological trick, that has been found to work quite effectively.
Much more is written about it, and other methods in the Panic Away Course that I have come across, but felt this would be a starting point for many sufferers to get stuck into a solution, right away.
In just about everything in life, I have found that hard and determined action is a starting point to solving just about any problem you may have.
The most important process here is that there are methods that do not involve medicine, and drugs, and this in itself can be a massive bonus for many people.
