Is Your Fear and Worry Robbing You of Life? How Can I Overcome This?

Whilst we can all suffer from concerns or worries from time to time, it is a sad fact that for many more people, being worried and fearful is almost like a full time plague. From the moment they wake up, they are worrying, and concerned about numerous issues, to the point that their quality of life is severely affected.

To put this in perspective, whilst we can all have, and experience worries, many of us are able to acknowledge the problems causing the worry, and then work towards a solution, rather than just continuing to worry. It is this point that I wish to expand on in this article.

I also speak from experience, as I spent many years, as a teenager, worrying about my future, and I now know this was caused by my lack of confidence in my abilities at the time. However, had I not learned the importance of being able to recognise a problem, and break it down into components, or pieces to work towards a solution, I would have allowed it to 'strangle' my success. Another way to understand the issue of worry is to know that it will rob you of your achievements and future success. I know this is harsh, but it is also true. Only by being brutally honest with yourself, and acknowledging the facts here, will you be more likely to accept your problems, and thus, work towards their solution, and thus, move on with your life.

Equally, whilst some people think of problems as 'things to be avoided at all costs', it is in fact the way for us top better ourselves as human beings. Furthermore, the most highly paid people in the world are problem solvers. Whilst I am not suggesting you look to become a professional problem solver, the fact is that all the information products on the market, as an example, are designed to solve people's problems. If they did not have a problem, there would be no market for their product.

In addition, I have witnessed people so paralysed by worry, that they feared even getting out of bed. It is pathetic, as well as sad, and thus, I hope to encourage you to recognise that all problems, no matter how insurmountable they may seem, all have a solution. Let me assure you I do not write these words from an ivory tower, as I too, have had and continue to9 have many challenges. However, I look at the problem for what it is, and analyse various possible solutions, and then act on them.

By taking action, you are more than half way through the problem, as it is the people who do not take action that are the ultimate worriers, the people that simply let the issues simmer.

I have found the Six Minute Success method works for me, every time, and I start every day with just six minutes to ensure I am on the right track for the day. It has worked for me, and countless others. You will see results too.

In addition, I make sure to always be reading the very best personal development material, as it is the information you absorb that will separate you from the 'average' people, and make you the success, you deserve to be.

Success Skills – How to Create This Fundamental Pillar in Life?

Whilst success is a different feeling, and act or accomplishment for each person, the study of successful people has shown that they frequently practice certain skills and have certain mind sets with common points to each other. Putting this another way, success is about following some universal rules, to maximise your chances of reaching, or maintaining your desired level of success.

Whilst the topic of success can take up pages and pages, I want to concentrate specifically on the sub set of principles highlighted below:

Problem Solving:

To begin with, when you stumble across a problem, do you sink your head in defeat, and think it's all too hard, or do you feel that you have what it takes to mount the obstacle before you? I certainly understand that some problems can be more challenging than others, but it is the problem solvers that ultimately reach the success they desire. As a side point, they tend to be wealthier as well, as all success is about solving problems. This can be further explained when you consider that any information product sold is there to solve a problem.

Conquer your Fears:

You also need to ensure that you manage to not only control your fears, but persevere to conquer them.

It is understandable that we may be inwardly fearful of starting a new project, or job, in that we are concerned about the results we get, or more specifically, are scared of failing. However, I personally work to the mantra that nothing ventures, will result in nothing gained. In addition, more often than not, once I start a new project, I succeed better than I I imagined. I am not wanting to brag, but highlight that the right thinking will usually result in more than you thought you were capable of.

Be more Creative, and Try New Things:

Never be afraid to work on a new angle or idea. That does not mean you need to reinvent the wheel, but many people, with great ideas, and thinking have 'failed' as they have though they would not catch on. How do you know that, till you give it your best shot? You have to be determined, and practice success methods regularly.

Success Skills are all about focus, and can be learned. To Learn more about a success skills, and controlling your day, to achieve a higher output, with less stress, click the above link, and watch your results soar, and your stress plummet. Http://www.6minutesuccess.info

Art of Living- Being The Best We Can be…

I feel very privillaged to have been able to benefit from reading this fine book by Norman Vincent Peal. The Art Of Living is a book written in a way that simply flows, and makes it easy to flow from page to page.

I think the best way I can describe it is like being uplifted, and seeing that something that seemed so difficult explained in a really simple and straight forward way. I genuinely believe that this is a talent that should be cherished, in that it is not easy to always convey ideas in the written word.

In my case, I am practicing daily, and I think, am getting better at it, but realize there is a still a way to go. However, my point today, being that I want to share a great book with you, as well as the point of it.

We all face problems, it is a part of daily living.  However, for many of us, we can easily become defeated by this, until we understand the importance of problems in our lives.

Problems in Our Lives

You might well be asking if I have lost my mind. I can assure you that I am very lucid, and equally, sincere in that problems make us better people, and can also help us become wealthier.

What and how, I might hear you ask.

Look at it this way.

When we are faced with a problem, ( I prefer to call it a challenge), we are -laced in a position where we must solve it. If we did not have any probnlems, you might think that it would be a simple life, but actually, you would stagnate, and become less effective and happy.

Problem solving is what makes the world go round, and us better peopkle.

Look at the simple example, as one idea, of books.

By having books, and reading them, we are able to answer questions we had (problems), and find solutions.

Has it ever occurred to you that the wealthiest people on earth are problem solvers.

They are CEO,s managers, and the like.

Equally, in your own life, you can create a solution to people’s problems, in the form of writing an eBook, available for distribution on the net, etc.

It is so much easier to self publish books online these days, as an example.

There really is so much that you can do to move ahead…

Just grab your ideas, and go with them.

It’s about actioon, and that will deliver the results from life you want.

Handling Criticism and Working with It to Your Benefit

I would like to preface the below article by saying that when you are focused in your mind, know where you want to go, and practice the principles of success daily, you will be more easily able to defeat the criticism you may receive from time to time.

To bolster your success, in all you do, see the Success Principles in Minutes per Day.

Have you ever come across people who always criticize and never complement? These are the kind of people who will always find something wrong in everything they see. To them the tea is never sweet enough, the job is not the best, my business is always recording low returns and the most beautiful girl is not yet born.

Such people always stand in the way of progress. Do not listen to them or believe in what they say if you want to development in your career, business, or in life. Critics are never problem solvers.

There is Yiddish proverb that says, “A critic is like a girl who can’t dance and so she says, the band can’t play” Critics do not believe anything from anybody, but they want everybody to believe everything they do and say. They tend to know the price of everything yet they value nothing. Do you have a business idea? Go ahead and start it now! Work with Success in your mind.

All great business men were criticized at one time but they held on to their ideas. My advice is; expect the most unjust criticism from foes and friends and develop shock absorbers for them. When you are kicked from behind, it can only mean that you are in front.

Have you just started a small business? Are there people saying your style is too aggressive or you are risking too much? Or that you are too ambitious, or you are too young? Don’t listen to them, people with great momentum all share one trait; they attract criticism. How you respond to criticism will determine the rate of your business momentum. Criticism should build us not destroy. Do not lose your ambition just because someone criticized you.
