I think it is really important to always be making a very conscious effort to be living as consciously, and abundantly, and the best way I approach this, is to make sure I am reading uplifting material and betterment material as often as possible.

It took me a while to appreciate the reading of good books, but now, I am always with a book in my hand, at least once per day, even for a few minutes.

However, I can highly recommend the Six Minute Success Strategy System, as very effective towards this goal.

Here, I have also listed some important steps to ensuring you are always at your very best…

Important Daily Function Steps…

  • Save your Money.  I say this as your financial independence is a vital aspect of self empowerment. Have you noticed how much better you feel when you have a sum of money in the bank, and more invested, working for you.
  • It allows you to be free, in the sense that you can actually concentrate on other things, that by being done well, with your full heart and attention, mean you can in fact earn even more, and so on.
  • Know Where You’re Going. It is important to clearly define what you would love to do in your life. You do not need to limit your goals, based on your possible unknowing to get to the next level.
  • Simply go with it, and you will do wonders, by moving in the direction you wish to go.
  • Surround Yourself with special and inspirational people.  By so doing, yuou are more likely to be successful, as they are.  It is known in wealth and success circles that you are as abundant, and wealthy as your closes seven friends.
  • It is imperative that you regularly affirm all the every best for yourself.
  • By repeating your affirmations, and expecting all the very best to come to you, you will be more likely to  reach the levels you aspire to. I have also included a link here to the Self Help Store, where I have specifically found discounted books, but the value, and information they provide is above count, and guaranteed to positively impact your life. It is as simple as actually going the extra mile, and ensuring that you actually act on the information you read, and learn. In other words, actually get out there and do it.

Do you believe in the power of thought? The Law of Attraction, as explained in the movie ‘The Secret’, tells us that what we think of the most is what we will attract. The movie introduces us to the idea that we are responsible for the lives we live. If we choose to have more and to be happy, then we will have more and be happy.

Our thoughts are energy and energy vibrates at a certain frequency. By changing the frequency of the vibrations, we can change what we attract. We are all part of a whole and we can affect the universe with our vibrations. If we choose to love unconditionally and to live our lives for others, we can affect the whole world.

There are groups around the world dedicated to living for peace. They gather to project peace. They have managed to affect war zones and city crime statistics with their thoughts. It sounds amazing but they have tested the effects of their experiments in peace.

The people were trained to change their thought frequencies and large groups gathered with the specific purpose of creating peace. Fortunately, it only takes a small percentage of the population to affect large numbers of people. It would only take a few thousand to affect an entire country.

If we could change our thought vibrations a little and improve our lives and the lives of those around us would not that be worthwhile. Imagine being responsible for the creation of a better life for all. It is possible. We can improve our world by thought. Think the best of those around you. Be happy and love your friends and family. You can change the world.

I read it first over twenty five years ago, and still refer to it regularly, as it is a fantastic book, on allowing you to reach a higher level of understanding, and better still, bring to you, all that you desire.

Discovering the Power of Positive Thinking

Do you know the power of positive thinking? Do you REALLY know? Although positive thinking is a relatively well-known concept, many people still have doubts as to its’ effectiveness and its’ power to influence their lives. If you are one of those people, it’s time that you really found out the true power of positive thinking and how it could change your life forever!

What Can It Do

On the surface, the benefits of positive thinking are readily apparent. For example, just thinking positively about your circumstances, your situation or a person can immediately uplift your mood. Even during the most trying times of your life, it will guarantee that you will survive it since you will be able to maintain upbeat. The flip side is to think negatively. Doing that will just serve to make your problems seem even worse and more hopeless thus leading a deadly spiral of depression and stagnation. How To Be Positive

There are many techniques to cause yourself to think more positively. There are those where it just comes naturally. You know them. You’ve seen them. You may even have been disgusted with them that no matter what, they ALWAYS seem to be upbeat and cheerful! And they always never seem to have problems! It’s not really that you are disgusted with them as much as you are envious! But for most people, thinking positively can be a real challenge. Especially in the face of so many difficulties that most of us now face. Money, love, health…you name it!

The first step to harnessing the power of positive thinking is to actually, REALLY believe that it works! You have to really convince yourself that negative thoughts will be detrimental to you and that positive thoughts can only do you good. Both physically and mentally.

When you have accepted this fact, the next thing is to consciously notice when you think of good things and notice how it makes you feel. Also note when you think of anything negative and see how that makes you feel. You need not punish yourself for thinking negatively but whenever you catch yourself doing so, you must immediately stop it and turn your focus to the positive aspect of whatever it is you are thinking.

Two of the most powerful tools to have in your possession and to use is meditation and visualization. There are different ways you can utilize these two methods. You can set aside “quiet time” to meditate and cleanse your mind of all thoughts so you can focus on only the positive ones. You can also learn to visualize positive thoughts while you are in the middle of any task.
